DNA sample collection criteria's:

1. Birth certificate with photo and legal stamp for under 18 child (original and copy)

N.B. Birth certificate without photograph and legal stamp is not acceptable.

2. Renewed Passport / Residence ID / Driving License for adults ( original and copy)

3. Two passport size photograph
