International Clinical Laboratories refers legal paternity and maternity DNA tests to LabCorp USA which are your choice for results that can be used in a court case, such as a child support or custody case. Samples are collected using cotton swabs rubbed inside your inner cheek at a location convenient to you. Our legal tests follow a strict chain of custody to ensure integrity from the sample collection through testing.
Requirements for customers who comes for DNA paternity testing
Alleged parents and relatives

• An alleged father, mother, grand parents or siblings have to bring renewed passport, driving license or legal identification card with its copy
• Two passport sized 3x4cm photos

<18yrs Child/Children

• Has to come with biological mother with identification card or legal guardian who has the document of guardianship and copies
• Has to bring birth certificate of the child/children which has photo on it and stamped with authorized certifying body
• Two passport sized 3x4cm photos

>18yrs Child/Children

• Has to bring renewed passport, driving license or legal identification card with its copy
• Two passport sized 3x4cm photos

Result turnaround time

• 1 (One) Month for routine DNA
• 2 (Two) Month for Deceased DNA

For court cases
Both parties have to present at the time of collection and payment
Result will be send to the ordering court only

If one of the above documents are missed the testing cannot be done.
An original result comes only with one copy and the result should be given only for the customer who comes with the receipt.
