ICL Partners in Landmark Public-Private Project to Establish Integrated Diagnostic Center

International Clinical Laboratories (ICL) is proud to be part of a consortium with Cerba Lancet Africa and Pioneer Diagnostics Center that has won a competitive public bidding process to sign a Public-Private Partnership (PPP) agreement for the development of an Integrated Diagnostic Center in Addis Ababa.

This innovative project will serve seven Government hospitals, aiming to enhance diagnostic efficiency, expand access to high-quality testing, and strengthen Ethiopia's public healthcare system.

The Integrated Diagnostic Center will help reduce turnaround times, improve clinical outcomes, and introduce modern laboratory standards across public hospitals. ICL is honored to contribute to this transformative initiative, reaffirming our commitment to advancing accessible, reliable, and world-class diagnostics across Ethiopia.

ICL Officially Opens New CSC in Nekemte

International Clinical Laboratories (ICL) has officially inaugurated its newest Customer Service Center (CSC) in Nekemte, marking another important milestone in its mission to expand access to quality diagnostic healthcare services across Ethiopia.

The inauguration ceremony, held on Saturday, was attended by healthcare professionals, government representatives, community stakeholders, and company officials, reflecting the significance of this expansion for healthcare delivery in the region.

The new CSC will improve access to reliable, affordable, and high-quality laboratory services for patients and healthcare providers in Nekemte and surrounding areas, helping bridge diagnostic service gaps and bringing quality healthcare closer to the community.

This expansion reflects ICL’s continued commitment to strengthening healthcare access nationwide through innovation, quality assurance, and a growing network designed to serve more communities across Ethiopia.

With the opening of the Nekemte CSC, ICL continues its vision of making world-class diagnostic services increasingly accessible throughout the country.
